Summer Party 2026 - Cartmel Fell Volunteers

The CFV Summer Party 2026 had a great turnout, with attendees enjoying a catered buffet and home made desserts in the evening sunshine.

We ran free training sessions for community members on CPR and defibrillator awareness, both at our AGM in June, and before the party on 18th July, and the attendees learned about giving CPR and Defibrillation, which we all felt was an important skill / knowledge to have in a rural area such as ours.

We had a cask of real ale from Witherslack Brewery and everyone enjoyed their first drink at the bar as part of their ticket.

60+ attendees of the Summer Party enjoyed a Buffet Supper including hot carved meats, new potatoes, and a selection of salads plus Homemade Desserts.
