BBQ 2024

The Cartmel Fell Volunteers formed out of group of residents that helped deliver B4RN Fibre Broadband to our local area.


As part of this, funds from the dig grants that the volunteers had earned from B4RN for gardens they put duct into were directed to a community BBQ.


The Cartmel Fell Volunteers asked attendees to add their ideas to a board for future events.


It was a little bit wet... but the turnout was fantastic!




New Entrance and Toilets

The new Parish Hall entrance and toilets were unveiled at the community BBQ.


Mike Smith gave a short speech to the gathered crowd, and John Wood proudly unveiled the new facilities to a warm round of applause - which was not only for the new facilities but also in grateful recognition of John's many years of service as a CFCT Trustee.
