Open to all residents of the Two Valleys
📍 Cartmel Fell Parish Hall

Admission £1 – Children Free
🏆 Prize Giving at 4pm
Homemade Refreshments • Plant Stall • Raffle
SHOW RULES
Entry fee 50p per class. Children’s classes are free - please state age on each entry.
Only 2 entries per exhibitor per class will be accepted.
All entries must be grown or made by the exhibitor, except classes 13 & 14, where flowers may be bought.
Entry forms must be returned, along with entry fees, to:
Helen Todd, Fell House, Cartmel Fell, Windermere, LA23 3PB
(Cheques payable to Cartmel Fell Community Trust)
📅 Closing date: Sunday 24th May
STAGING TIMES
Artwork & Photography, Thursday 28th May, 6.00pm – 8.30pm
All other exhibits 8.30am – 10am on Show Day
Hall closed 10am – 12 noon for judging
Exhibits may be collected after 4.30pm
The committee will take every care of exhibits but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

SECTION 1 – GARDEN PRODUCE

4. 5 Salad Leaves (mixed, displayed on a plate)

SECTION 5 – HANDICRAFT
25. A hand-knitted or crocheted item
26. A handicraft in any medium (not exceeding 30cm x 30cm)
27. Something for a baby (any medium)
28. An upcycled item (max 40cm × 40cm)
SECTION 6 – ART & PHOTOGRAPHY
29. “The Great Outdoors” A drawing or painting
(Max 30cm × 42cm including mount)
30. “Texture” Artwork exploring texture in any medium
(2D or 3D, mixed media allowed. Max 30cm × 42cm)
31. Photograph – “The Great Outdoors” (Max size 21cm x 30cm)
32. Photograph – “On My Holidays….” (Max size 21cm x 30cm)
SECTION 7 – CHILDREN’S CLASSES (Free Entry)

35. Matchbox Challenge. Fill a standard small matchbox (approx. 5cm × 3.5cm × 1.5cm) with as many different small items as possible. The matchbox must close fully.
36. Photograph – “My Favourite Thing” (Max size 21cm x 30cm)
37. Picture of ‘My Favourite Animal’ (Max size 21cm x 30cm)
38. 4 Decorated Biscuits
39. Handmade Craft Item
40. Posy in a Mug
